Ebico energized Laos' first petroleum refining project

Recently, the online commissioning ceremony of the first phase of Laos' petroleum refining project was held in Vientiane and Kunming respectively. As the core heating equipment of the project, the 24.5MW steam unit with the Aub ultra-low nitrogen burner enabled the smooth operation of the project.Song Sai, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, Vice Premier and Minister of Planning and Investment, Jiang Zaidong, Chinese Ambassador to Laos, and Wang Yubo, Acting Governor of Yunnan Province were at the meeting place in Yunnan to witness the commissioning of the first phase of the 3 million ton/year refining and chemical project of Laos Petrochemical Corporation.


The 3 million ton/year refinery project of Laos Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is located in the Saserta Comprehensive Development Zone in Vientiane, Laos. It covers an area of 425 mu and plans to invest about 2 billion US dollars to build a modern refinery that meets the standards in three phases.It is reported that the comprehensive processing capacity of Laos Petrochemical Phase I project will reach 1 million tons/year.Can produce up to the standard of European Ⅴ a year after the production of gasoline, diesel, kerosene, liquefied petroleum gas, industrial products such as sulfur, provide safe, stable oil supply to Laos.

 

The target boiler of the project is 35T, which is mainly fueled by fuel gas (gaseous state) and vehicle diesel oil (V) produced by the refinery.The burner is required to be able to burn 100% of a single fuel or 100% of another fuel.At the same time to meet the user's mixed combustion requirements: but the mixed combustion fuel load is not less than 20% of the boiler load, gas load is not less than 15% of the boiler load.That is to say, the burner needs to ensure high combustion efficiency and strong combustion stability, on the basis of single burning oil, single burning gas, fixed oil and gas mixed burning, fixed gas and oil mixed burning four modes.Needless to say, this is a very high requirement for the matching burner.

 

 

EBICO faced up to the difficulties and adapted two Eurabo EC12GGQR split-type burners according to the actual working conditions of the project. The burners were applicable to 6-120 t, the power was 5580-33500kW, and electronic proportional regulation was adopted.
